Chronology of cameras Kagiya Yoko

Copy of an English camera of the Thornton-Pickard type  by a Japanese company that is not listed on the Mc Keown, nor in "The Collector's Guide to Japanese Cameras": "Kagiya Yoko - Osaka (APS) Trade Mark.".

The lens is marked "Congo 1: 4 f = 135 mm K. Yamasaki Tokio No. 75857.

The bellows seems to be paperboard, the handle is made of plastic and the screws are cruciform. Otherwise, this is a perfect imitation of an English camera dated early 1900s ... and woodworking is of very good quality.

This company also manufactured sextants.
